We confirm shipment of your order by sending an e-mail. This email will have the shipped package’s UPS tracking number. Please feel free to contact us at 773-572-7300 if you have any questions.
You can use the tracking number on the UPS Website (www.ups.com) to track your order. Or you can contact UPS at 1-800-333-7400 and provide the tracking number to an UPS agent who will gladly assist you.
You can call us immediately at 1-773-572-7300 or send an e-mail with subject line 'Cancel Order,' including your full name and order number. We do our best to ship your orders within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and Federal holidays) so if your order is already shipped we cannot cancel it. However, you can return it to us upon receipt by following the guidelines in our Return Policy.

If you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) in any way, we will readily replace the product(s), or refund your money when the product(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements but not refunds for defective products up to 12 months from original purchase. Due to our aggressive pricing, shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). Refunds are issued in the same form of payment as in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return. If part or all of your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you right away by email of the estimated date of availability. Then, we send the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status. The back-ordered item is shipped as soon as it becomes available.
